The Tools and Methods

Tools for life

Psychology meets Design

"When designing tools and methods I adopt a Heuristic approach, which means I use myself as the bench mark. I continually practice, craft and develop the tools. Having tried and tested them on myself and found them to be effective in my own life I then offer them to others to try out and with their feedback I continue adjusting and fine-tuning them. For example, the Self-Doubt Maps were a result of a two year research masters 2012-14 on the subject of Self-Doubt. This was something that was continually limiting me and so I wanted to delve in and understand it better. Since then the maps have continued to evolve and clients often report how beneficial they find the maps in their day to day lives."
