Dreaming / Re-claiming / Re-wilding

"Our shared challenge of being human and moving through the landscape of our lives is something that I'm very interested in - where and how we get stuck and what we can do to heal ourselves and unearth our potential. What I have discovered within myself and with my clients is that we can get fixated on what is missing, lacking and lost in our lives and use much of our energy trying to fix, avoid or fill the emptiness we feel as a result. What gets missed in this is our true nature that remains hidden but unaffected by our traumas and wounds. We first have to address our wounds but then the revealing of this hidden part of ourselves is like discovering a limb we never knew we had and once know our lives expand in unfathomable ways. The tools I've created are all ways of finding our way back home to the truth of who we really are."

Social Dreaming World

In social dreaming we use the ecology of dreams to create deeper connections to ourselves, others and the planet. We offer up our dreams and regard the dreams of others as our own.
